Staff solicited comparable rates and presented the <br />findings to the CECC on June 9, 2025. The following rate schedule is the result of their collaborative efforts: <br /> <br />Ice Rates <br />▪ Bronze Level User – Organizations/Individuals that purchased 0+ total hours in FYE 2024: <br />o $265/hr = Prime (September 1 – March 31) <br />o $212/hr = Non-Prime (April 1 – August 31) <br />o $133/hr = ISD 728 School Hours <br />• Silver Level User – Organizations/Individuals that purchased 200+ total hours in FYE 2024 <br />o $260/hr = Prime (September 1 – March 31) <br />o $191/hr = Non-Prime (April 1 – August 31) <br />o $133/hr = ISD 728 School Hours <br />▪ Gold Level User – Organizations/Individuals that purchased 800+ total hours in FYE 2024 <br />o $252/hr = Prime (September 1 – March 31) <br />o $159/hr = Non-Prime (April 1 – August 31) <br />o $133/hr = ISD 728 School Hours <br /> <br />Turf/Hard Floor Rates <br />▪ $195/hr = Prime (November 1 – April 30) <br />▪ $140/hr = Non-Prime (May, September, and October) <br />▪ $100/hr = ISD 728 School Hours <br />Page 115 of 637
