We are proposing the <br />addition of three areas via change order for pavement rehabilitation. <br /> <br />Area 10 - Whitetail Ridge/Preserve Estates/Oak Meadows <br />▪ Polk St NW from 203rd to Termini (4,400') <br />▪ 201st Ave NW from Tyler St to Polk St (1,660') <br />▪ 198th Ave NW from Tyler St to Polk St (1,620') <br /> <br />Area 11 - Fillmore Street <br />▪ Fillmore St NW from 181st Ave to 174th Ave (4,240') <br /> <br />Area 12 - Orono Road <br />▪ Orono Road NW from 350' west of Concord St to Main St (1,550') <br />o Work in this area will be scheduled to avoid conflict with the scheduled Sherburne County <br />parade on July 21st, 2025. <br /> <br /> <br />Financial Impact <br />The original awarded contract price for the 2025 Street Improvements was $2,858,345.54. Approval of <br />Change Order #1 adds $378,540.29 to the project, for a new total of $3,236,885.83. <br /> <br />This proposed new total is still below the $3,700,000 budgeted for 2025 Pavement Management - Streets. <br />Page 63 of 637
