Purpose <br />The purpose of an Emergency Action Plan is to provide the users of this facility guidance in the event of an <br />emergency. This Emergency Action Plan describes the initial responsibilities and actions to be taken by the <br />users on site until the appropriate public safety or city responders take over. <br />While it is impossible to provide specific information for all situations, there is no guarantee implied by this <br />plan that a perfect response to emergency incidents will be practical or possible.
