The sale was a contract for deed with 15 equal payments and 4% interest over the life of the <br />agreement. <br />Recently, Pinewood was vandalized which may place its interim operation into question while the damage is <br />repaired. <br />Mayor Dietz has been in contact with Ms. Abrahamson.
