As outlined in
the letter, several violations of the approved conditions of your Conditional Use Permit (CUP) were
identified. These issues must be resolved to maintain compliance with the CUP and allow your operations to
continue. The deadline to address these violations is March 7, 2025.
On Friday, February 28, 2025, we became aware of the temporary injunction between SBC Holding, LLC, and
yourself. Please note that while this injunction pertains to the property owner and tenant, it does not prevent
the city from proceeding with a CUP revocation process.
Could you provide an update on your progress in ensuring that all damaged vehicles are either stored within the
building, placed in the fenced -in area, or removed from the property?
Additionally, we are scheduling an agenda item for the April 7, 2025, City Council meeting to seek direction
regarding the potential revocation of your CUP should the property not be brought into compliance by the
deadline.
Please provide an update at your earliest convenience.
Sincerely,
Chris Leeseberg
Senior Planner
763.635.1033
13065 Orono Parkway
Elk River, MN 55330
763.635.1000
E1kRiverMN.gov
I
OWERED 0Y
NAWRE
