The Yale Court extension connects the
existing Yale Court approximately 350' south to 170th Avenue. This provides direct access to a signalized
intersection for over 30 homes and businesses while also improving frontage connections along the TH
10/ 169 corridor.
The Line Avenue Realignment portion proposes the addition of a cul-de-sac to Line Avenue directly north of
184th Circle. Dodge Ave will then run continuously with 5th Street and connect to the existing roundabout
on Twin Lakes Road. Sidewalk connections will also be constructed to improve pedestrian mobility in the
area.
Financial Impact
Funding will be from our State Aid Construction Account as detailed in the CIP. Final dollar amounts will be
determined upon bid opening.
Mission/Policy/Goal
Improve citizen quality of life.
Attachments
1. Project Map
2.
