Submitted proposalls were also evaluated for their community <br />outreach and public participation processes. <br />The city received four qualified proposals ranging in cost from $94,805 to $99,500 all at or below the <br />$ 100,000 budgeted. <br />Four staff members reviewed the proposals and unanimously selected Bolton and Menk as the first choice d 'I <br />to their clear deliverables, focus on public input, timeline and experience. The proposal is detailed and <br />outlines their process throughout the project. Bolton and Menk proposed a not to exceed cost of $99,400 <br />and staff believes their proposal closely aligns with the city's goals. <br />itaff will work with the consultant to establish a steering committee to provide guidance on plan goals, <br />composition, and recommendations.
