He is <br />responsible for leading active transportaition planning work across Bolton & Meniks Midwest offices and is an <br />expert in pedestrian and bicycle plains aind studIes, safe routes to school projects, cornpBete streets projects <br />and policies, traill studies and niaster plans, and safety action plains. Connor has anniple experience with active <br />transportation plains and studies, complete streets planning, design, and maintenance, bikeway design, corridor <br />studies, winter maintenance, and grant funding.
