The staff liaison will provide materials pertinent to a commission meeting in advance of <br />the meeting to allow commissioners time to review and prepare. <br />2.Videographer <br />A videographer will film the meeting which shall be made available to the public on the City <br />of Elk River website. <br />3.Parks and Recreation Management <br />The Parks and Recreation Director and/or the Recreation Manager will attend the meetings <br />to update the commission on department activities and provide answers to any questions <br />discussed during the meeting. <br />ARTICLE X - AMENDMENTS TO BYLAWS <br />1.Any changes to the Bylaws will be reviewed and approved by the Parks and Recreation <br />Commission and filed with the City Clerk’s office. <br />2.These bylaws shall become effective upon adoption by the Parks and Recreation <br />Commission. <br />3.These bylaws may be amended at any regular meeting by a majority vote of the membership <br />provided that the amendment(s) has (have) been submitted in writing at the previous regular <br />meeting. <br />Adopted on this 9th day of March 2017. <br />Chair, Dave Anderson <br />Elk River Parks and Recreation Commission <br />Page 44 of 54
