The commission discussed <br />the suggested changes and requested staff incorporate the changes into the by-laws. The by-laws have been <br />updated with those changes to match the commission ordinance. <br /> <br />Three attachments are provided for review: <br />▪ The original by-laws (needing an update to match the ordinance). <br />▪ The Parks and Recreation Commission ordinance. <br />▪ The April 2025 revision of the by-laws with language that matches the current ordinance or was added <br />at the suggestion of staff (shown in red). <br /> <br /> <br />Financial Impact <br />None. <br /> <br />Mission/Policy/Goal <br />Appropriately govern in an ever-changing environment. <br /> <br />Attachments <br />1.
