System Average Interruption Duration Index <br />SAIDI is the average duration (in minutes) of an interruption per customer served by the utility <br />f NffiMfrwpeci <br />&rrrdrSM(E9 is a sustained interruption index, only outages lasting longer than <br />are included in the calculations. SAIDI is calculated by dividing the sum of all customer <br />minutes of interruptioni2�SdittlirinafronpaLby the average number of <br />customers served during that period. For example, a utility with 100 customer minutes of <br />interruption and 100 customers would have a SAIDI of 1. <br />Note that in the tables below, scheduled and unscheduled calculations include MEs.
