Facades and exterior walls. <br />1. The Elk River Crossing development will represent the eastern <br />terminus of the Main Street corridor which connects Highway 169 <br />and the Central Business District. As such, the exterior appearance of <br />the buildings should include elements of buildings found along the <br />corridor and in the Central Business District. <br /> <br />Facades should be articulated to reduce the massive scale and <br />uniform impersonal appearances of large retail buildings and provide <br />visual interest.
