The final landscaping of building plans for each lotinElkRiverPlazaandElkRiverPlazaSecondAdditionmustbesubmittedforapprovalbytheElkRiverCityEngineerpriortoanyconstructiononanypartthereof. <br />3.) The words, phrases, terms, and conditions used hereinshallbeinterpretedthesameasthoseusedintheElkRiverPlazaPlannedDevelopmentAgreement. <br />4.)
