That Chapter 30, Division 9, Subdivision III. Approved Planned Unit <br />Development Districts of the City of Elk River Code of Ordinances shall be amended to add the <br />following Section: <br />Subdivision III. Approved Planned Unit Development Districts <br />Section 30-1602. – Villas on Fillmore PUD <br />(a) Legal Description.
