Staff presented the plan to the City Council on March 3. The plan is designed as a <br />framework that will guide staff in planning future land use for these athletic complexes. The facility layouts and <br />priorities are conceptual. Projects may shift in priority based on external factors, such as ISD #728 timelines <br />for funding improvements to Hales Field. Funding sources for these improvements will be discussed in greater <br />detail over the coming months. <br /> <br />Financial Impact <br />Cost estimates are included in the plan. <br /> <br />Mission/Policy/Goal <br />Opportunity to live, work, and play.
