The <br />applicant is requesting a preliminary and final plat to subdivide their 40.00-acre property into two parcels. Lot <br />1 will be 29± acres in size and Lot 2 will be 10.00 acres. Access to lots 1 and 2 will be from Elk Hills Drive <br />and dedicated Line Avenue right-of-way. One parcel is eligible for park dedication. <br /> <br />Financial Impact <br />Cash will be paid into the Park Dedication Fund. <br /> <br />Mission/Policy/Goal <br />Support the growth and development of the community. <br /> <br />Attachments <br />1.
