Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the City of Elk River hereby grants an <br />Interim Use Permit (“Permit”) requested by Jason and Nicole Bye for the following use: <br /> <br />Residential Home Occupation Interim Use Permit for an <br />Accessory Structure with Outdoor Storage at <br />10208 209th Ave. NW, Elk River, Minnesota <br /> <br />Property. The Permit is for the following described property (“Subject Property”) in the City of Elk <br />River, Sherburne County, Minnesota: <br /> <br />That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter lying East of the West 869.03 <br />feet thereof and lying West of the East 16.50 feet thereof, Section 13, Township 33, Range 26. <br />Sherburne County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Owner. Owner of the Subject Property at time of the approval of the Permit: <br /> <br />Jason T. Bye and Nicole M. Bye, owners <br /> <br />Conditions. The Interim Use Permit is issued subject to the following conditions to satisfy the <br />standards set forth in 30-658 (c): <br /> <br />1. The applicant and/or property owner must apply for all required commercial <br />building, electrical, plumbing, and/or mechanical permits before any interior <br />commercial activities can occur. <br />2. A code analysis finding commercial building code compliance shall be <br />prepared by an appropriate registered professional. <br />3. The fenced outdoor storage area shall be: <br /> a.
