Regular meetings are held on the first and third Mondays of <br />each month. <br />Board of Appeal Meeting Date <br />Sherburne County selected Monday, April 7, 6:00 p.m. for the Board of Appeal meeting. This happens to be a <br />regular City Council meeting night. Historically, we have held the Board of Appeal meeting on the second <br />Monday of April, but this does not work for the county. They offered to schedule Monday, April 21 (another <br />City Council meeting night, which would be more difficult to cancel as it would be our typical review of <br />planning items) or Wednesday, April 16. All with 6:00 p.m. start times. Would Wednesday, April 16 work for <br />the Board of Appeal meeting? <br />Council Retreat Meeting Date <br />Historically, the City Council has held this meeting on the fourth Monday of April from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. <br />Would Monday, April 28 work to schedule this meeting? <br />Note the following changes to regularly scheduled meetings: <br />■ EDA and City Council meetings were moved from January 20 to January 21 due to Martin Luther King <br />Jr. Day. <br />■ EDA and City Council meetings moved from February 17 to February 18 due to Presidents' Day. <br />■ HRA and City Council meetings were moved from September I to September 2 due to Labor Day. <br />■ Utilities Commission moved from June 10 to June 3 due to a conference and November I I to <br />November 12 due to Veterans Day. <br />■ The Planning Commission moved from December 23 to December 16. <br />The Elk River Vision <br />A avelcoming community with revolutionary and spirited resourcefulness, exceptional service, and community p p W E H E U A Y <br />engagement that encourages and inspires prosperity112 <br />273 <br />
