Resolution 24-80 <br />A Resolution of the City of Elk River Approving Notice of Summary Publication of <br />Ordinance #24-26 an Ordinance Adopting the 2025 Master Fee Schedule <br />WHEREAS, on December 16, 2024 the Elk River City Council adopted Ordinance 24-26 <br />approving the 2025 Master Fee Schedule; and <br />WHEREAS, the enactment of this ordinance establishes fees and charges required by the City <br />Code and to comply with Minnesota Statutes 462.353, sub.4; and <br />WHEREAS, the 2025 Master Fee Schedule lists fees and charges for Administrative, Financial, <br />Environmental, Planning, Development, Building, Parks and Recreation, Fire, Police, and Elk River <br />Municipal Utility services along with code enforcement violations; and <br />WHEREAS, a copy of the full text of the ordinance is available for inspection by any person at the <br />Office of the City Clerk, City of Elk River, 13065 Orono Parkway, during regular business hours — <br />8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River, <br />Minnesota, as follows: by at least four -fifths vote, authorizes the publication of the title and <br />summary of Ordinance 24-26 and that Ordinance 24-26 shall become effective January 1, 2025. <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof - <br />and the <br />following against: , whereupon said resolution was <br />declared duly passed and adopted. <br />The following members were present: <br />and the <br />following absent: <br />Passed and adopted this 161h day of December 2024. <br />John J.
