After the fire training, they go <br />on to complete Emergency Medical Responder (EMR) training. Probationary firefighters serve an additional six <br />months of probation which they are required to complete a probationary task book consisting of skills <br />verifications and various other tasks that firefighters are expected to be proficient in before becoming full- <br />fledged firefighters for the City of Elk River. Firefighters Sparza, Stellmach, and Oliveira have displayed the <br />character and skills required to be part of the Elk River Fire Department. <br /> <br />Financial Impact <br />N/A <br /> <br />Mission/Policy/Goal <br />Community engagement that encourages and inspires prosperity. <br /> <br />Attachments <br />1.
