The role and <br />duties of the secretary and the assistant treasurer have been delegated in the bylaws to the EDA’s Executive <br />Director. In 2024, the officer positions were appointed as follows: <br /> <br />President – Dan Tveite <br />Vice President – Mike Beyer <br />Treasurer – Jeff Hartwig <br />Secretary and Assistant Treasurer – Delegated to Executive Director <br /> <br />The bylaws state the following regarding each position: <br />President: Shall be selected from among the commissioners, shall preside at all meetings of the <br />commissioners, and shall have general charge of and control over the affairs of the Authority subject to the <br />approval of the commissioners. <br /> <br />Vice President: Shall be selected from among the commissioners, shall preside at all meetings in the <br />absence of the president and shall perform such duties as may be assigned by the commissioners. <br /> <br />Treasurer: Shall be selected from among the commissioners, shall receive and is responsible for Authority <br />money and for acts of the assistant treasurer. <br /> <br />Financial Impact <br />N/A <br /> <br />Mission/Policy/Goal <br />Per the EDA bylaws, elections of officers will be confirmed at the EDA annual meeting. <br /> <br />Page 19 of 45
