The percentage of single family detached homes has dropped 1.7% from 2003 <br />to 2005. When compared to just single family housing, the percentage of single <br />family detached rises significandy, from around 70% to over 80%. However, the percent of <br />single family detached homes, compared to townhouses and twinhomes, decreased 3.7% <br />from 2003 to 2005.
