Harlicker <br />Reviewed by <br />S. Clark <br /> <br />Introduction <br />The applicant is requesting to subdivide two existing lots into 3 lots and an outlot. The two lots were <br />originally plated as Lots 1 and 2, Block 2, Kingdom Estates. There is a single family residence on each of <br />existing lots. The properties are zoned Ria which require 2.5 acre minimum lot size. <br /> <br />Discussion <br />The proposed plat will result in one developable lot, one outlot which can be platted as a developable lot <br />in the future and two lots with existing residences. No new street right-of-way is required, each lot will <br />have access from Olson Street. Each lot complies with the dimensional requirements of the Ria zoning <br />district.
