The existing boundary for the land use category and zoning district currendy follows a quarter <br />section line and bisects one of the proposed lots. If the existing zoning is not changed to reflect the new <br />lot lines, the one of the lots will have split zoning and land use. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission considered these items at their February 14th meeting. No one spoke at the <br />public hearing.
