Call Meeting to Order <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Parks and Recreation <br />Commission was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Chair Anderson. <br />2. Pledge of Allegiance <br />3. Consider Agenda <br />Moved by Commissioner Loidolt and seconded by Commissioner Niziolek to approve the <br />December 11, 2024, agenda. Motion carried 6-0. <br />4. Consider Minutes <br />4.1 Parks and Recreation Commission Meeting Minutes 11-13-2024 <br />Moved by Commissioner Goodwin and seconded by Commissioner Varty to approve the <br />November 11, 2024, Parks and Recreation Commission Minutes. Motion carried 6-0. <br />4.2 Parks and Recreation Commission Special Meeting Minutes 11-20-2024 <br />Moved by Commissioner Goodwin and seconded by Commissioner Stewart to approve the <br />November 20, 2024, Parks and Recreation Commission Special Meeting Minutes with a <br />change of the end time to 7:57pm.
