They were used for <br />staging during the 169 Redefine project and MnDOT has indicated it may be interested in selling both <br />properties. The HRA may have a role in facilitating redevelopment of the sites, whether as promoting the sale <br />and redevelopment to a private entity or potentially pursuing its own purchase of the properties to accelerate <br />development.
