• Elk River is currently in process of an installation of a Leightronix <br />ipMergeNX in Elk River. Once installed in Elk River, there will be one <br />installed in Buffalo and SWTV. The City of Monticello has requested that <br />they get an update following Buffalo and SWTV. Approval was requested <br />for this item. <br />Commissioner Boese made a motion to approve a Leightronix ipMergeNX for <br />the City of Monticello plus training for a onetime equipment cost of $23,825. <br />Seconded by Commissioner Wohlbeck. Unanimous ayes, motion carried. <br />6. Personnel Committee <br />Bill Bruce gave an update regarding the contract with Jackson Groskreutz which was <br />amended in May. He noted that things are going well since he transitioned to a <br />contract position from an employee. <br />In partnership with Terri Boese, Bill Bruce created a list of basic events taking place in <br />2024. The commission was instructed to send any events to them. Tina Allard will <br />work on a contract for Jackson, with Bill's assistance. It was stated that it is difficult <br />when there are unknowns as to how many events there are. <br />There was discussion about having a set amount of events for each city. Anything <br />additional would incur a fee. <br />8. Other Business <br />There was no discussion. <br />9.
