These consisted of 247 normal <br />tickets, 4 emergency tickets, 43 updated tickets, 8 cancellations, 10 meets, 2 boundary <br />surveys, 2 corrections, and 3 non -excavations. This resulted in a 37.0% decrease in <br />tickets from the previous month and a 24.8% decrease from the prior November. <br />• Electrical technicians completed 271 service order tasks, updated the power bill, <br />addressed customer meter issues and any off-peak concerns. <br />• The Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) residential water meters and residential <br />electric meters continue to be installed in new services. The electrical technicians have <br />been busy changing out meters around the system and recently completed the meter <br />installations at several different apartment buildings. Approximately 3,600 water meters <br />and 3,400 electric meters are currently active within our AMI system. <br />• Staff has been working on programming regulator controls for an upcoming 2025 <br />replacement project at our North substation. We will be replacing all five recloser tanks <br />and controllers. Staff has also been working on programming capacitor bank controllers <br />as part of our replacement project that we anticipate will start in mid -December. <br />We are finalizing the control building and relay panel orders for the East substation. The <br />expected delivery of the building will be between the fall of 2025 and spring of 2026. <br />The panel is expected to arrive in the summer of 2025. <br />• Our monthly peak was 43.50 MW on November 26 at 5:44pm. <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />150 <br />
