The city has already gone to great lengths to repair and <br />restore the structure to an original condition. The Heritage Preservation Commission would like to further develop the site to educate residents on the history of the tower and <br />the city as a whole. The vision includes landscape improvements (vegetation, sitting areas, short walk, etc.) and interpretive signage.
