Boundary line adjustments are exempt from our subdivision ordinance and
are typically addressed administratively. However, in certain situations, a plat is required to complete this
action due to the existing legal descriptions. In this case, one lot is platted, and one lot is metes and bounds
and to adjust these lot lines, both parcels must be platted.

The proposed plat leaves one buildable lot for the existing homestead and creates an outlot for future
development as part of the Meadowsweet Bend subdivision.

Financial Impact
None

Mission/Policy/Goal
Responsibly grow

Attachments
1.
