The site is <br />currently owned by the city, but had been planned for use as a substation by ERMU. The city's CUP approval <br />requires ERMU to assume ownership of the parcel, as it is not the city's desire to own a substation. <br /> <br />The attached resolution approves the conveyance and authorizes staff to execute and deliver all required <br />documents. <br /> <br />Financial Impact <br />None <br /> <br />Mission/Policy/Goal <br />Support the growth and development of the community. <br /> <br />Attachments <br />1.
