It is important to note that the proposed <br />driveway between 171 s' Lane and 172nd Street will replace the existing private driveway. If existing users <br />of this private driveway continue to use the proposed development driveway as a cut -through route, <br />potential traffic calming, signage, and / or enforcement strategies should be considered to ensure safe <br />conditions for all users.
