Staff approval of all site, civil, and development plans.
• Acknowledged.
4. The property shall be platted prior to issuance of any building permit.
• Simple Plat Application submitted to City on 8/26/24. Departmental reviews underway; DigniSuites to
adopt review requirements upon mutual agreement.
Brian Winges and I met with the residents of Pullman Place on September 3 to provide more information on our
plans, and to achieve a better understanding of their concerns about the project. As they stated in the Planning
Commission Public Hearing, the impact of potential traffic pattern changes remains high on their list, but once again,
they seem to be pleased with the overall design, and feel we'll be a positive addition to the community. We
understand they've requested a meeting with the City to address the traffic issue, and we'd be happy to participate
in the discussion.
Our team appreciates the city process thus far, and we look forward to our next appearance at the City Council
Public Hearing on September 16. Please let me know if you need any additional information prior to that meeting.
Best Regards,
CBS CONSTRUCTION SERVICES, INC.
Scott Clements
Sr. Project Manager
Cc: Zack Carlton
Jennifer Green
Team DigniSuites
11124 Zealand Avenue No. • Champlin, MN55316 • 763-569-4020 • Fax 769-569-4117 • www cbsconstruct.com
Page 91 of 381
