He requested that the council have a more thorough discussion before voting on it. He asked <br />Mr. Stremcha to contact the contractor to extend the bid if needed. <br />Moved by Councilmember Grupa and seconded by Councilmember Wagner to continue, <br />by motion, the contract to Divine Designs General Contracting for a Base Bid of $244,000 <br />and Alternate I (ADA Accessibility) of $26, 110 to construct the Plants and Things <br />Recreation Complex Welcome Plaza. Motion Carried 5-0. <br />5. OPEN FORUM <br />No one appeared for Open Forum. <br />6.
