Vada Contracting submitted the lowest price for the Base Bid and Alternates 1 & 2. <br />2. Vada Contracting pricing for the Base Bid and Alternates 1 & 2 are below engineer estimate, <br />and within a reasonable range. <br />3. Vada Contracting has experience in quality large block retaining wall installation and site <br />work. <br />4.
