Councilmember Westgaard asked if the <br />item would need to be returned to the Planning Commission. City Attorney Shepherd said it would <br />not. <br />Moved by Councilmember Grupa and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to table, by <br />motion, Resolution 24-38 making Findings of Fact denying an Interim Use Permit <br />application submitted by Jason Bye to the August 5, 2024 worksession.
