Three elevations of the showroom will have storefront glazing which meet the architectural
glazing design requirement. The service bay elevations will have overhead doors that include glazing. The
overhead doors will be painted dark bronze to match the storefront wind ow frames and prefinished parapet
cap. These proposed finishes meet the design standards requirement to include least two allowed exterior
building finishes per wall. The roofing will be single -ply membrane roof with parapets around the perimeter
of the building to screen rooftop equipment.
Sig nage:
Number: One site pole sign and typical signs on building
Proposed sizes: See provided sign drawings
Locations: See site plan for location of pole sign.
