The approved completion date <br />is May 16, 2024. If approved, the extended completion date would be December 15, 2024. <br /> <br />Background/Discussion <br />In 2022, ERX received approval for several Land Use Applications, Conditional Use Permit (CU 22-09), Plat <br />(PE 22-01), and Easement Vacation (EV 22-01), to allow operation of their expanded off-road racing facility at <br />21591 Highway 169. The applicant continues to make progress on the project and is requesting an extension <br />until December 15, 2024, to complete the required conditions and record the plat and easement vacation. <br />The attached letter from the applicant explains why they are requesting the extension. <br /> <br />Financial Impact <br />None <br /> <br />Mission/Policy/Goal <br />Work with citizens to achieve goals. <br /> <br />Attachments <br />1.
