Our <br />process has been to interview qualified candidates as applications are received. Following interviews, <br />background check, physical and psychological testing, we recommend Allison Libor for one of our vacant <br />positions. <br /> <br />Ms. Libor is working toward a bachelors degree in criminal justice and worked three years as a military police <br />officer in the Army, one year as a police officer for the Department of Defense Army in Fort Wainwright, <br />Arkansas, and has been a police officer for the River Falls Police Department for the past two years. <br /> <br />As a lateral hire, Ms. Libor will start at pay step 3 of the LELS Local 231 contract and be eligible for a pay step <br />increase upon successful completion of field training.
