Thc property is presently within the City of Ramsey, Anoka Comity ( PID 18-32-25-33- <br />0002, hereafter the "Ranisev Parcel") and abuts the City of F.Ik River. This boundary adjustinent is being requested because: Petitioner also owns an adjoining <br />parcel located in the City of Elk River, Sherburne Cottttty, Minnesota (PID 75-013-0110). <br />Petitioner intends to start a business on the combined parcels.
