Our firm has extensive experience with local governments, and we thoroughly understand the <br />complexities faced by local governments in Minnesota. These videos are used by the Council to make informed decisions on who to <br />interview. DDA believes that the elected body should pick candidates to interview, not us. We will make <br />sure the Council has the needed information to make this effective. You know best. <br />• Candidate Communication: Through direct contact and a sophisticated software system, we ensure <br />candidates understand the process and where they stand at all times. Candidates deserve nothing less. <br />• Work Personality Index: Prior to deciding on final candidates, the Council will receive a personality index <br />report on each person being considered for an interview. <br />• Background Check Process: Instead of doing a comprehensive background check on a single finalist, <br />we do a comprehensive background and reference check on all finalists interviewed by the Council. This <br />does not include the law enforcement specific background check that will need to be done on the selected <br />candidate. <br />• Intellectual Profile: Each finalist will complete an intellectual profile measuring verbal reasoning, <br />mathematical and logical reasoning, and overall mental aptitude. <br />• All Inclusive Pricing: Costs for all the services we provide are included.
