had under the City's employee policies and any contractual rights I may have had under any
<br />agreements with the City.
<br />3. Return of Property.
<br />As of the date of my signing of this Agreement, I warrant that I have returned the originals and
<br />all copies of all the City files, documents, software, hardware, keys, office equipment, all records
<br />and documents related to the City, and all other City property in my possession or under my
<br />control. If I find any City property after I sign this Agreement, I will promptly return it.
<br />4. No Further Claim to Compensation.
<br />This Agreement fully and completely satisfies any and all obligations between the City and me
<br />that arise out of or relate to my employment, except for my final paycheck to be paid on April
<br />12, 2024, and all payments required under this Agreement to be paid on the first pay day
<br />following 18 days after I sign and return this Agreement. I have no claim to any compensation
<br />from the City, in any form, beyond the compensation that is specifically described in Paragraphl
<br />through 4 of this Agreement.
<br />5. Complete Release.
<br />In return for the Severance payment and other benefits provided herein, which I acknowledge are
<br />good and sufficient consideration for all aspects of this Agreement, I, on behalf of myself and all
<br />of my past, present and future heirs, executors, administrators, agents, attorneys, insurers,
<br />subrogees, lienors, trustees, indemnitors, principals, servants, representatives, employees,
<br />partners, predecessors, successors and assigns, hereby release the City, and any of its subsidiaries
<br />and affiliated entities, and all of their respective current and former officers, agents, directors,
<br />employees, independent contractors, shareholders, attorneys, accountants, insurers,
<br />representatives, predecessors, successors and assigns, both individually and in any representative
<br />capacity (collectively, the "Released Parties"), from each and every legal claim, demand or
<br />grievance of any kind ("Claim"), whether known or unknown, existing at any time up to and
<br />including the date I sign this Agreement, including without limitation any claim, demand or
<br />grievance in any way arising out of or related to my employment with the City, or my separation
<br />of employment with the City.
<br />I understand and agree that this Agreement is a full, final and complete settlement and release of
<br />the Released Parties of any and all Claims, whether known or unknown, including but not
<br />limited to any Claim I may have under: the federal or any state constitution; Employment
<br />Retirement Income Security Act; Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; the Americans with
<br />Disabilities Act; the Fair Labor Standards Act; the Equal Pay Act; the Family and Medical Leave
<br />Act; the Age Discrimination in Employment Act; the Minnesota Public Employment Labor
<br />Relations Act; the Minnesota Veterans Preference Act; the Minnesota Government Data
<br />Practices Act; the Minnesota Employment, Wages, Conditions, Hours, and Restrictions Laws
<br />(Minn. Stat. Chapter 181); the Minnesota Whistleblower Act; section 176.82 of the Minnesota
<br />Worker's Compensation Act; the Minnesota Human Rights Act; the Minnesota Public
<br />Employment Labor Relations Act; and any other federal, state, or local government laws,
