1 /25/2024 <br />CITY OF ELK RIVER <br />PROJECT NARRATIVE <br />I am applying for this amendment because the house was a perfect candidate for an office. It is <br />in the center of the complex. It is a small, prefabbed house on block with no stairs going to the <br />separate [evel. The structure has been vacant for over three years with residency. Bathrooms <br />are ADA compliant and has only 2 bedrooms for separate offices. The entrance has a courtesy <br />ramp in front and ADA ramp in back with handicap parking next to it.
