<br />Step Five - Presentation of Pay Equitv Testinq Results to the Personnel Committee <br /> <br />~ The consultant and Human Resources Representative will present an internal classification hierarchy <br />that includes all positions included in the study and that continues the City's compliance with the <br />State's pay equity law. <br /> <br />Step Six - Preparation of Administrative Guidelines for the New Job Evaluation System <br /> <br />~ The consultant will prepare administrative guidelines to facilitate successful implementation and <br />ongoing application of the new job evaluation system. <br /> <br />Step Seven - Preparation and Presentation of a Final Report <br /> <br />~ The consultant will prepare a final report that contains all observations, findings, recommendations <br />and exhibits related to the study. The final report will be reviewed with the City Administrator, <br />Personnel Committee and any others as the Administrator may decide. <br /> <br />Step Eiqht - Follow-Up and Onqoinq Support to the Personnel Committee <br /> <br />~ The consultant and Human Resources Representative will provide a follow-up training session on the <br />new job evaluation methodology to help ensure the Personnel Committee fully understands and is <br />able to use the methodology in a consistent manner. (This Step is included as part of the fees quoted <br />in the Professional Arrangements section of the proposal) <br /> <br />Step Nine - Job Evaluations Performed bv the Consultant if Requested bv the City <br /> <br />~ The consultant could review and provide a job evaluation point profile for a particular position if and <br />when requested by the City.
