<br />The fInal step in the proposal is to review and modify the pay plan as needed to accommodate the new <br />positions created in the past several years, particularly the division head and fIrst line supervisory <br />positions. <br /> <br />Financial Impact <br />The cost for the proposal is between $10,575 and $11,515 depending upon the amount of consulting time <br />needed. This item was not budgeted for 2006. Funding would need to come from the Council <br />Contingency budget of $110,000. <br /> <br />Attachments <br />Consulting service proposals: <br />.
