The Parks and <br />Recreation Master Plan does include recommendations to explore opportunities to add trail connections to <br />the park system, this parcel is not identified within the Parks and Recreation Master Plan. A recommendation <br />to the city council amending the Parks and Recreation Master Plan is necessary if the commission has an <br />interest in pursuing this parcel. <br />Financial Impact <br />The parcel acquisition cost is unknown. <br />Mission/Policy/Goal <br />Responsibly grow. <br />Attachments <br />I.
