As city staff
began implementing costeffective energy reduction improvements, the city partnered with a local consultant, Energy
Management Solutions, to monitor energy usage, track reduction efforts, and help identify impactful projects to meet
city and community goals. Through this partnership, the city began exploring how to implement the installation of EV
charging stations and bring this technology to the community.
