Bearings are based on the Sherburne County Coordinate System (1986 Adjustment). <br />2. Elevations are based on the NGVD 29 Datum. Site Benchmark is the top nut of the fire hydrant located on the southeast side of <br />Twin Lakes Road NW, approximately 119 feet northeast of the southwest corner of the subject property, as shown hereon. <br />Elevation = 890.66. <br />3.
