Also performs general <br />accounting activities and other duties as assigned. <br /> <br />Essential Functions <br />1. Performs receptionist duties. <br />A. Receives incoming calls to the Arena. <br />B. Answers routine questions. <br />C. Greets the public. <br />D. Explains departmental services, programs and procedures. <br /> <br />2. Performs clerical support duties. <br />A. Sorts and/or delivers mail. <br />B. Accepts program registrations. <br />C. Assists in ordering, inventories, and maintains program, office supplies and <br />concessions supplies. <br />D. Performs general filing. <br />E. Types memos using word processing software. <br />F. Proofreads and types marketing materials. <br />G. Submits marketing materials to newspapers. <br />H. Assists in developing brochures for leagues and clinics. <br />1. Maintains current information on web site. <br /> <br />3. Performs general accounting duties. <br />A. Processes cash and check deposits. <br />B. Processes credit card transactions. <br />C. Processes refunds. <br />D. Assigns account codes to invoices. <br />E. Maintains petty cash. <br />F. Runs fmancial reports as needed. <br /> <br />4. Performs other essential job duties. <br />A. Regular and timely work attendance. <br />B. Follows all safety procedures. <br />C.
