<br />RESOLUTION 06- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING PREMISES PERMIT <br />FOR THE COMMUNITY CHARITIES OF MN <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Community Charities has made application to the State Gambling Control Board <br />for a Premises Permit Renewal; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Premises Permit will allow charitable gambling on the premises of the Elk <br />River Bowl located at 13161 Highway 10 in the City of Elk River for the period <br />of April 1, 2006 to March 31, 2008; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Community Charities has met the city's requirement of spending 75 percent of <br />its lawful expenditures within the city's trade area during the past two years; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River, <br />Minnesota that a Premises Permit be granted to the Community Charities to allow charitable <br />gambling operations at the Elk River Bowl located at 13161 Highway 10 in the City of Elk River, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted this 6th day of February 2006. <br /> <br />Stephanie Klinzing, Mayor <br /> <br />ArrEST: <br /> <br />Joan Schmidt, City Clerk <br />
